Nice place to go and have a good workout.
I find it regrettable that all the promotions that have been active in recent months leave out members who wish to renew our plans early. Members who have been part of the club since its inception. And the only option they offer to be able to renew is to lose our days already paid for, keeping our money in our pocket. It's a shame not to be able to continue being a member due to poor management of the renewal system and poor management of the gym, which does not encourage and motivate loyalty and that of its members.
Furthermore, by expressing my opinion in a respectful manner, they block me from their networks.
A good place, but many things need to be improved, multipurpose rooms are missing, sauna and jacuzzi have NOT been working for a long time (and there is no budget to "repair".) The teacher rotation is a shame... They let the best instructors go!! They take group classes without prior notice. All this due to "lack of budget" a shame because many students who have been there for years have decided to leave due to lack of empathy and lack of respect on the part of the club's management.
They just doubled the gym fee for no reason.
They make “promotions” to renew the plan, but committing those of us who have 2-3 months left on the plan to lose those paid months.
Professors have already resigned, several of us have already unsubscribed because what they are doing is priceless and corrupt.
My son has been participating in the swimming club for more than a year and although it was pleasant and comfortable, they recently remodeled it and now it looks incredible, not only the pool but the club itself. Now my daughter is also in Gymnastics, the teacher is a 7, although the space needs to be adapted for this discipline, I see that my daughter is progressing quickly and is comfortable with her classes.
It is a good place to play sports, there is a variety for children to choose from and develop, among others: swimming, football, tennis, hockey, ballet. They could improve the quantity and quality of the showers since these are shared between us who are in the pool and the gym, so there are few showers and there have been problems with hot water.
Excellent place, ample parking. Clean, organized with several services available. Highly recommended.
The protocols were renewed, it is very clear regarding rules, layout of spaces and operation, at least for swimming.

General: Adequate general cleanliness, friendly staff, variety of classes for adults and children.
Infrastructure can be improved (spinning room lacks paint), especially the pool. The pool requires much better cleaning, and a renovation of the paint and windows. The dressing rooms also require renovation, since they seem very dark, old, and poorly maintained.
As a girl, I say that the monitors should be more attentive to the children because there are times when nothing is done. The instructors do not comply with the schedules, for example, when we have to do crafts we just go into the pool. …
